HERBAL SOUP-BU NAO YI SHEN TANG
ING: RAW WOOD MUSHROOM, ORG GARBANZO BEAN, RAW WALNUT, RAW CASHEW NUT, ORANGE PEEL.
Preparation: 1) Rinse all herbs and add 1.5 Litres - 2 Litres water into the pot.
2) Bring to a boil over high heat.
3) Simmer low heat for 1.5 hours, and you may add in meat to simmer, before serving add some salt to enchance your preference taste.
