Wakame is the finest marine algae which te Japanese take as vegetable in their daily food. Making soup
1. Put some dreid Wakame in a bowl.
2. Pour boiled water and filled the bowl to the full and cover for 2-3 minutes. Add other seasonings and condiments to your taste or consume as it is. A bowl of delicious instant soup is ready in minutes.
Other usage
1. Can be eaten dried and drink plenty of water.
2. Can be mixed, fried with other vegetables, as salads, eaten with porridge and miso soup.
