Organic Tomato Powder obtained from ripe and fresh tomatoes. Our tomato powder goes through a selection process, is washed clean, ground into concentrated tomato liquid before going through a drying process to become a powder. It can be used as a natural food colouring.

Our tomato is using spray drying process involves the atomization of a solution, slurry, or emulsion containing one or more components of the desired product into droplets by spraying followed by the rapid evaporation of the sprayed droplets into solid powder by hot air at a certain temperature and pressure.

Dried Tomato Powder is an excellent source of vitamin A that promotes better eye health and bone health. Vitamin C in it helps to boost the immune system and is also beneficial for collagen production and skin health.

1 teaspoon of tomato powder = 1 medium tomato

Suggested Use: 1 - 3 teaspoons per serving
